Clause 6: I, as the Lessee, acknowledge and agree that if I breach any clause of this agreement then the Lessor shall be entitled at the his option to terminate this agreement or file law suit against the Lessee for damages without terminating this agreement. If the Lessor has filed law suit against the Lessee on ground for breach of agreement then the Lessee agree to pay all damages arising therefrom including Court’s fee.
Clause 7: I, as the Lessee, has thoroughly read this agreement, and sign my signature in recognizance hereof.

I as Guarantor, age year old, domiciled at Tambol, Amphur, Changwat, holding Identity Card No. issued by on Date of ,Month of , Year of BE, hereby made this Rental Guarantee Agreement to with the following details.
Clause 1: Whereas the Lessee has leased the Lessor’s (property leased) for the rental amount totaling of (amount) according to Lease Agreement dated Date of ,Month of , Year of BE, the Guarantor acknowledge and agree that if the Lessee fail to make rental payment or die or become bankrupt or obligation under such agreement extinct in whatever nature thereby causing damage to the Lessor, the Guarantor shall satisfy such obligation on behalf of the Lessee and pay the Lessor for all damages arising thereof.
Clause 2: If the Lessee breach any of such agreement, the Guarantor acknowledge and agrees that the Lessor shall be entitle to file law suit against the Guarantor in the first hand and the Lessor shall not be required to file law suit against the Lessee. The Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that the Lessor shall be entitled to grant the Lessee the extension of time for performance.
